I had the most wonderful experience at Kookai Sydney city store thanks to Claudia! From the moment we walked in, she made me and my niece feel welcome and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what my niece (23 years old) was looking for. Her styling advice was spot-on! She has such a great eye and really listened to what she needed. Claudia’s warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole shopping experience feel personal and effortless. We left with pieces for my niece and she absolutely loved them and has more confidence in how to wear them!

The sweetest employee helped me out today, I’m always a bit intimidated in Kookai because everyone who works there looks like models but the one who was helping me was so gorgeous and kind too, i was getting gifts for friends and she went to the extra mile of getting me the ones in the back wrapped in a new bag, beautifully wrapped it and even made sure the sticker was on with no air bubbles. Felt like such a lux experience, thank you so much for your help again Cat or Kat!!

Very nice store. I bought a few items. The lady who served me Tiana, I hope that’s how you spell it, she was lovely and helped me find what I needed. Will definitely be back.

Tiana was super helpful when shopping at the Sydney central store today! I was unsure about buying a skirt, which I loved individually but couldn’t find the right top to match - she was able to find and recommend two options that matched perfectly and were great for my body type, which can be tricky as a size 12-14 with larger bust. I ended up buying them all. Thank you lovely!

My mum and I went for a quick shopping trip at this store and we cannot stop talking about the customer service. Especially Emily from Sydney central store- She put together beautiful outfits, found all my sizing and was very cheerful. Would recommend visiting this store- not if you want to break your bank account though 😅 …

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one truly deserves it! Popped into Kookaï last friday and was helped by a lovely French girl (unfortunately didn’t catch her name). Honestly, haven’t been welcomed like that in ages. She was amazing from start to finish, super friendly, attentive, and full of great styling ideas. I gave her heaps of things to try and she came up with so many good alternatives to refresh my wardrobe. Such a great shopping experience, honestly made my day! ✨👏

I never write google reviews, but I was served some girls at Kookai Sydney central yesterday and they were just amazing! I think her name was Helana (I hope I’m spelling that right) and another tall brunette girl in a blue dress but I was looking for a pair of black pants and I just didn’t know which ones were my size or the ones I had tired on previously at a different store. Even though the store was so busy they kept going around the store to find me the correct size which I really appreciated. Obsessed with my pants — thanks girls x

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a lovely experience with Abbey today. I was picking up a yellow dress for my daughter that had been put aside, and she called me shortly after to let me know that both size 10s had some marks from fake tan and a few loose stitches. I really appreciated her honesty and that she took the time to check before I came in. She even suggested a matching skirt and top that looked just like the dress, and it worked out perfectly. She went above and beyond to help, and it made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. Thank you for the great service!💕🙏my daughter has tried the dress on and she is so very happy with it…. I visited the Kookai store yesterday afternoon and was assisted by Sophya/Sophia (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name), who was absolutely lovelyand very helpful. I was looking for a dress that wasn’t available in my size, and she kindly checked stock at other stores and advised me to call ahead so I wouldn’t be disappointed. She gave me great advice while I was trying the dress on, helped me decide on the correct size by bringing a similar style, and her recommendation ended up being a perfect fit when I purchased it from another Kookai store . I also bought the Kaia dress in-store, and she kindly brought out a brand-new piece and placed it at the front so it was easy for me to purchase later. Thank you so much for the wonderful and thoughtful service, you made my shopping experience really enjoyable!
